Barbara has worked for Chancey Design Partnership since 1994 and previous worked for Gordon & Associates Architects. She has interior design experience, in an across the broad spectrum of design disciplines. The focus of her work, however, has been in large commercial interiors, and the architecture, space planning and interior design of health care projects. She served as Interior Design Project Manager for a number of projects, including technically challenging clinics and surgery centers.

 Her expertise is the integration of architecture with interiors. She has been involved in every aspect of design work, from space planning, design, and development of working drawings, to the selection and specification of interior finishes, fixtures, furniture and equipment. Specialties: Her primary focus has been in the architecture and interior design of healthcare and senior housing projects. 

Projects with CDP include a Head Injury Center for New Medico Florida Institute for Neurological Rehabilitation, an award winning 14 million dollar renovation for the Fountains at Boca Ciega Senior Housing. Additional projects include renovations for Diagnostic Clinics including MRI installations for Diagnostic Clinics, Walter Reed Medical Center, Bay Pines VA, Windward Passage, Phillips Development Apartments, PDQ Restaurants, 1900 98 Condos and Watermark of Trinity Assisted Living Facility.
